Izmir Demokrasi University was founded in 2016 in the Turkish city of Izmir, about 18 minutes away from the city center by transportation, and it is one of the newly established universities in Turkey, and despite its modernity, it was able to provide a number of programs for the bachelor's, master's and doctoral levels, and it currently includes about 10 faculties and a number of institutes and research and application centers, as well as being able to get an advanced ranking among universities.
