Gaziantep is an ancient and historical city located in the southeastern Anatolia region of Turkey.

Within the campus there are wrestling, fitness, table tennis, natural grass football field, semi-Olympic outdoor swimming pool, outdoor basketball court and 10 volleyball courts located within the Ministry of Health and Culture and Sports building, Gaziantep University students are given the opportunity to participate in sports activities with a tennis court and a sports hall with a capacity of 500 spectators.
Gaziantep University has 20 faculties, 10 vocational institutes, 3 language institutes and several master's programs.
